Arriving after reception closes? No stress, we do offer late check in. As long as payment has been taken and we’ve received a copy of your passport in advance, we can arrange your arrival.

Yes. For late check in, we’ll need:

• a copy of your passport sent through beforehand that matches the booking name and card details.

• Full payment made before arrival

Once that’s sorted, we can organise your access and get you checked in smoothly.

Hervey’s is an 18+ property.
Dorm rooms are strictly for guests aged 18 to 35 only.
Private rooms are for guests aged 18 and over.

All guests must present a valid passport at check in.
The credit card used for the booking must match the guest checking in.
For group bookings, the card needs to match the lead booker.

No. We’re a keyless hostel, so there’s no key deposit or bond required.
All room access is handled through the Goki app, making check in simple and hassle free.

No. As Hervey’s is a licensed venue only alcohol bought from the bar can be consumed on site.

No. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on site.

Yes. All our dorm rooms have a secure locker are provided for each guest.
